  • Never share your login credentials with anyone
  • Log out from shared devices after use
  • Review your privacy settings regularly

Community Interactions

  • Be respectful and empathetic in all interactions
  • Respect others' boundaries and personal space
  • Do not pressure others to share personal information
  • Report any suspicious or uncomfortable behavior immediately
  • Remember that everyone is here for support and connection

Chat Safety

  • Keep your phone charged and accessible
  • Trust your instincts - leave if you feel uncomfortable
  • Use the in-app check-in feature for meetup safety

  • Reach out to licensed professionals for serious concerns
  • Use crisis resources if experiencing emergency situations
